Registration Policy


OVERNIGHT CAMP/ WEEKEND RETREATS
 

    • We advise early registration to assure the camp of your choice. Registrations are processed on a first come, first serve basis on receipt of registration and full payment.
    • Your completed registration form and full payment must be postmarked, faxed, or sent online more than two weeks prior to your camp beginning to avoid late fees.
    • Registrations made prior to the late fee deadline will be confirmed with a letter and packing list.
    • Sorry, phone registrations are not accepted.
    • Registration by fax or online requires credit card payment or combination of credit card and church voucher of entire camp fee, less any applicable discounts (please do not mail a duplicate copy).
    • There will be a $30 service fee for all checks returned by the bank.
    • Cancellation:
      CAMPS-
      If cancellation is made more than 7 days before camp starts, a refund will be issued less a $50 non-refundable processing fee. No cancellations, refunds, or transfers to or from a camp can be made in the 7 days prior to camp starting, or after the camp has started.
      RETREATS- Half of the registration fee is refundable if cancellation is made at least 1 week prior to retreat.
    • A camp fee can be transferred as a camp fee to another camper of same sex attending camp, OR as credit towards a camp fee of any camper attending another camp subject to availability. The camp fee charged will be the appropriate fee based on the date the transfer is made. No transfers may be made within 7 days prior to the start of a camp. Please notify Beulah Beach if you intend to transfer a fee.
    • Bring someone who has not attended a Beulah Beach camp or retreat during ’15, ’16, or ’17 and you will receive a $15 discount for each friend. To receive the discount all registrations and payments must be mailed in the same envelope, faxed or registered online together and all campersmust attend the same camp.
    • SUMMER OVERNIGHT CAMP ONLY: For families that send three or more campers: each camper from the same family will receive a $25 discount. To receive the discount all registrations and payments must be mailed in the same envelope, faxed or registered online together.
    • If you use the church voucher program, a completed church voucher must be received within 7 days of online registration or your credit card will be charged the full amount.
    • Please make sure you meet all the stipulations for all the discounts you choose.
    • Registrations not following these procedures cannot be processed.  An attempt to contact you by phone will be made to expedite registrations with problems.
    • Limited partial scholarships are available, download a scholarship application. For more information please call 440-967-4861.
    • Rooming: It is our policy to honor roommate requests made at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the camp, however, roommate requests cannot be guaranteed. To be sure no roommates are closed out of a camp when it fills up, we suggest registering at the same time.  Large rooming groups may be assigned to two adjacent rooms.

 

Late Fee Schedule (overnight summer camp only) 
Two weeks before your camp starts:          1 Week before camp starts:

Sun-Sat: add $20 late fee                       Sun-Sat: call for availability, add $40 late fee

 

DAY CAMP

  • If you register for 4 or more sessions and pay in full when you register by May 1, take $10 off of each session.
  • Bring a friend that has not attended camp or retreat in '15, '16 or '17 and receive a $15 discount per new friend. Registrations must be received together and both campers must atten the same camp.Discount only applies to the new friends first session.
  • Please send a non-refundable $30 deposit for each session and each child you are registering.
  • Final payment of $90 balance is due at least 7 days prior to the beginning of each session.
  • Receipts will be available when you check in on Monday of each session.
  • If registering 2 weeks away from the session, or less, full payment is due with registration.
